We are very proud to introduce another fully in-house designed tool to replicate the Japanese Woodworking process of Naguri Pattern Texturing.
This Tool/Jig allows you to make an unlimited amount of gouge cuts with your trim router in any pattern- fully repeatable and an infinite amount of texturing possibilities with simple and repeatable adjustments on the jig! Just add your trim router, set your depth of cut and the profile is defined by the type of bowl bit you use.
Made of Heavy Duty PETG parts, we have designed this to be light weight and super strong to last years in your workshop. All stainless steel hardware and sealed bearings at to the rigidity and reliability that is designed to work with all 65mm and 69mm barrel trim routers for a very economical solution for the beautiful pattern of Naguri gouging.
Colors: Black on Black or Slate Blue with hi-vis Green (Choose before checking out) highlights is our normally stocked color scheme. Current colors in-stock will ship first unless otherwise requested.

Our design includes easy to see Hi-Viz index lines for lining up a very easy to use jig against repeatable patterns.
Comes with two standard alignment bars that have two sets of holes on two different offsets for an infinite amount of alignment possibilities! Choose outer holes for straight cuts and mix up the alignment holes for angled designs and patterns.
Even easier: use without the bars for a 100% random pattern unique to your style and design!
Very simple to use and comes fully assembled! Just add trim router, tighten mounting screws at desired depth. Load desired bowl/tray bit (We recommend 1/4 shank Whiteside bits 1370 and 1372 for best results), set depth of cut with the router collar and align with workpiece.
Includes both size collars for 65mm (Makita 701 series and others) and 69mm (DeWalt XR 20V series and others). DM us if your barrel size falls outside of those two most common measurements and we can find a solution for you.
